  I want to specifically commend Luna for their exceptional clinical skills and patient care. I informed them of my history with vasovagal responses, and Luna handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. They immediately prioritized my safety by having me lie down and used effective distraction techniques to mitigate my anxiety. What truly stood out was their technical proficiency, they were incredibly fast and precise, successfully completing the draw before I even had a chance to react. It is rare to find a technician who balances speed with such a reassuring, person-centered approach. Luna is a significant asset to this Quest Diagnostics team, and their expertise made a traditionally difficult medical experience seamless and stress-free.

  I make an appointment, right on time. The tech was efficient, friendly, and painless. The automatic sign-in is a bit intimidating, otherwise a very good experience.

  The team member advised me to check in as a walk in even though I checked in with my appointment. I came earlier than my appointment. I checked in TWICE as walk in. Yet The system did not show me as walk-in. The Team member was so unhelpful. She was the SAME person who did NOT know how to draw blood from our Minor Boy where he almost fainted.

  Excellent services clean facility and staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My technician asked great questions surrounding my labs and I didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics, I’ve never had a bad experience.
