Dr. Hokokian took the time to really listen to my concerns , we had a great conversation and he made me feel comfortable right away. He treated my shoulder, and the relief I felt afterward was amazing. He explained the aftercare, gave me an ice pack and water, which was nice. schedule my next appointment. I really appreciated how friendly and welcoming he was. Looking forward to continuing treatment here, highly recommend!

He sent invoice to collections without communicating with us eventhough it was supposed to go through insurance since the accident was not my fault. There was no transparency by him about any charges that need to be paid and we openly communicated to him that it will go through insurance. Be aware of this con artist.
