The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The office itself was clean, modern, and very well organized. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients’ eye health. The selection of frames was also fantastic, with plenty of stylish options at different price points, and the team helped me find the perfect pair without any pressure. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and service I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional eye care team!

- RRRyanMar 7, 20261.0I am dropping this place like a bad habit! Had a pretty good experience up until recently. Took a pair of frames I bought there previously in to have new prescription lenses. After a few weeks get the call to pick them up. The girl brings them out and the rim is broken and the lense is popped out. The glasses had never had a single sign of damage prior! They charged me $170 to buy new frames. Then after weeks of trying to talk to Dr. Jensen about the wrong doing and initiating a lawyer due to her neglecting to responding. They returned half the money that I had paid. Somehow they felt I was partly financially responsible for their office and lab damaging my property while in their possession. I have changed optometrists, this was probably the most u professions thing I’ve experienced in a medical setting to date. Know your rights before using this place.
