- MCMonica CooperDec 31, 20251.0On December 19, I went in and shopped, the cashier screwed up my transaction so I patiently stepped back while he waited on other customers while waiting for a manager to come fix the situation. Manager finally shows up 20 minutes later and does what is supposed to be a post void of the transaction removing my payment. My payment clears my bank! I called back and get manager the next day that tells me if I want to speak to the bookkeeper, I have to wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning to call back to fix it or I could call this 1 800 number to take care of the situation. I call said 800 number. They have to pull all of my transactions from that day and tell me it will take 10 days for them to investigate to get my money back all because the cashier made a mistake. Then the manager made a mistake and now this is somehow is my financial mistake and here it has been now 12 days past the original date of transaction and I still don’t have a resolution or my money back and we’re not talking like 5 10 or 12 dollars we’re talking 50 bucks! I don’t know about the rest of you people, but I don’t have 50 bucks to just be throwing away for Vons to throw into their coffers and call it a day. I don’t care what my Vons rewards makes me it’s not enough for me to ever shop there again. $48.08 they stole from me!
