This pattern of adding fees without clear disclosure felt dishonest and unprofessional. David was polite when he assisted, and Pavel was helpful and accommodating when I called back—he refunded the incorrect $39 charge. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Maharaj and her technician for being professional, knowledgeable, and apologetic. Front-desk staff behavior, transparency with charges, and management accountability & training need serious improvement.
