Went in yesterday to pick out some sunnies to use up the remaining balance on my FSA. MJ helped me out. She’s great! Had the patience for my indecisiveness. I never knew all the things that go into sunnies! She gave quotes for budget friendly to going all out. Helped me understand how the lens would kinda look with materials they have in store. If you go in ask for MJ; her service went above and beyond.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Malorie was so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The doctor was amazing as well — very thorough and professional. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I live in the middle of nowhere and had to make a special trip to get my eyes checked out. Was told my glasses would ship to me, I even asked about mail carriers because it's tough to get USPS packages. They use ups.
Two weeks went by and I didn't get any notifications about shipping. Got a sketchy spam looking text that said my glasses were ready for pickup.
I called and it turns out the glasses were shipped to the store instead of my house. Not only that but to get them shipped to my house would be $10.
Everyone I talked to was nice but by golly they cannot listen. Do not expect them to ship things to you. Go online.

What should have been a simple, exciting experience turned into an exercise of frustration.
On January 21, 2026, Jennifer (the Salesperson and Cashier on the receipt), placed my order as lenses ONLY, as I paid in full for frames and lenses; an error that should have been easy to acknowledge, but instead of professionalism or accountability, I was met with another saleswoman, who, in my opinion was dismissive, and painfully short when I tried picking up my glasses today (02/09/2026).
It’s honestly baffling how such a wonderful establishment, with so much potential, allows its front-facing staff to treat customers as an inconvenience. The lack of courtesy, patience, and basic customer service skills completely overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.
Mistakes happen, poor attitudes don’t have to. Unfortunately, the behavior of the sales staff is what will ultimately be the downfall of an otherwise reputable company.
A little kindness and ownership goes a long way, both were noticeably absent here.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless serious changes are made. However, the Eye Doctor herself, was absolutely amazing and great to work with!!!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
