  Most unprofessional staff. Made taking wet and reckless class more difficult than needed to be. They state that you can miss one class for wet and reckless but you still need to retake class and pay for fee. So technically you aren’t able to miss any classes. The only professional staff was Chris one of the instructors. He was very understanding and didn’t feel as if he was judging you based on needing to take classes. Everyone else like office staff and other instructors were super unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend coming to this place to complete classes for wet and reckless or DUI. On of the instructors is an older lady who can’t even sit still and looks like she has Parkinson’s. Who doesn’t make any sense and had the most attitude. They really need to consider hiring better instructor who actually know what they are teaching.

  Rhe staff are largely professional, have good skills, and are extremely busy and hardworking. My issue is eith the availability of classes and geoup counsleing. As well as rhe insdequate level of stadding availablity versus need. The way they enroll snd schedule people ia absurs, i got last pick of scheuling snd it was ridiculius because you have to pay for wverything but then wait for room for yiu. If you miss a class, Fees add ip wucikky. You cant get people on the phine, communciation is nearly extsnt outside of the educational geouls, and gettinf an answer about wuesrions is diddicukt. The staff are apread way to thin. It has twke six minths to complete snd im still jot complete a three minth peogram becauee of scheduling iasusz, no in person geouls available to me, and constant issues wirh not being able to log in or be put into the geoup on zoom by the host, and or intwrnet connections. I wanted ro do them all in persin. But thet estnt possible. I gave two clases and one exit intwrbwiw left. I once again sat waiting to be enteredd into the classroom by the host? But once again ( three weeks in a row(, i couldnt log in and or stsy in before loosing rhe connection. I hyst want to come in oersin. Cant get anyone to answer if rhis is available. Mkre dees, more reschedule, more problems wirh zolm. I want to finish. I want to deive. Its been almost theee yesrs. I dint esnt o lay fir an iid and ee forced to jeep an iid install snd incure the xosts with inky Two weeks left to go. Why cant these clases be msde available to those who dont want to do zoom ? I knew rhis was going to be s pribkem and here i am regretting ever sigji g up for zoom, csuee now i cent stop getting mire fees snd no progress, snd i havent s coue why it was going smokthky snd now its nit. I have s nee ilhone with 5 g and it has a good connectio n. No ine should havr to be forced into internet snd then have to oay over snd vmovwe and over and oveer for missed internet connection. Snd thrre is jo oopen room to catch up For reschedules so it leaves me Oushed out for minths...tsking souble the time snd an extra 509 sollars to do whsy i couls have done in perskn if it was aomething that was abailable. I hate to complain becsue the stsff Seems to be struggling with s lack of Stsffing ler person who is trying to jugtle all they are with just not enough time .
