My husband has recently added hospice care and the added # of Home Instead caregivers has increased greatly. Everyone who they have sent has been easy to work with and so kind and compassionate with me and my husband.
- MMMichele McNellisJun 25, 20195.0The Fresno office staff knew my mom by name, knew her preferences and her "favorite" staff. They did amazing accommodating those needs and getting staff set up in a very short time frame. They were communicative with any known staffing issues - for example one night the overnight assistant was afraid she would be late - so she called in to advise, the office staff then called me at 6pm to notify me of a potential late arrival - and continued to update me throughout the evening. I, along with my siblings, are several hours away from my mom (and because we were raised right, also have demanding careers) - it is very comforting to know Home Instead is there for us and our mom to care for her when we cannot.
