Dr. Ron Lichtenstein, Dr. Ung & Staff welcome you to our OB/GYN practice. We offer Free Pregnancy Testing, Prenatal Care and walk-ins are welcome. We are always glad to welcome new patients.
The staff here are horrible. All they do is stand around and laugh. I always have to wait two hours or more, and they never pay attention to their patients. I just got an implant and they didn’t even really explain to me what they were doing. They just did it automatically and spent only three minutes.. Now my implant is misplaced and has been a month and it hurts. I can’t even do my daily activities. The staff are horrible, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. They just take patients whenever they want Then quickly get rid of them. All of them should be fired.

I’m really grateful for this place because I had no insurance and found out I was pregnant. But the communication here is HORRIBLE. This is my first time as a mom and they expected me to know everything from the tests I’m supposed to get and what I’m supposed to do or schedule. Some of the front office staff is so rude and always have an attitude. The actual nurse practitioners or OBGYN’s who saw me were ALWAYS nice and helpful. That’s also why I give it one star. But I never saw just 1 doctor consistently. I went there for 6-7 visits and a different doctor saw me each time. But the office doesn’t communicate with their patients or the doctors, it seems. Every appointment I had been to took forever. You’re always seen 2 hours AFTER your appointed time. And then the appointment itself takes literally 5-10 minutes. I switched over to another place because I was tired of the miscommunication and the rudeness of the office staff. They are good about seeing walk ins (maybe that’s why appointments always take forever?) again, I’m grateful for them taking me in and getting me started but I wouldn’t stay here.

Honestly I like this place just because they accept walk ins. I would recommend to have your appointment in the mornings as soon as they open just because the wait isn’t as long. If the appointment is pass 10am expect to wait. The check in staff is okay could be better but it’s not the worst. If needed additional paper to fill out from the doctor they do charge a fee. I have seen the doctor Ron but when he’s not around other nurse practitioners will see you. I really like the nurse practitioner name Choua just because she isn’t rushing you on getting out but to help you on your needs. When scheduling they do ask if you like mornings or evenings and ask if you have a preferred day. At the end of the day don’t forget to have stamp your parking ticket can do it when checking in or checking out.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Worst place ever, staff is rude, you wait more than 2 hours even if you have an appointment. Its absolutely ridiculous.
