  ACES ABA THERAPY screams FRAUD AND SCAM. We were charged over $550, and although they saw our son (both on camera and in person, ONE TIME), they never provided a single treatment. No actual treatment was ever provided Poor communication.. horrible! Weeks wasted with no progress or help Charged a large bill for little to no service Dropped us without explanation This was stressful, unprofessional, and put us behind financially. DO NOT go here.

  Bad company, do not care about their clients and very unprofessional. Untrained and have poor understanding of how to run a behavioral therapy company.

  Never take your child to this place. Untrained staff. Some staff is even very aggressive towards to the children and seems like they themselves need counseling. No communication between staff. The BIs just hold on to the tablet throughout the entire session instead of working with the child. They assign untrained staff to children to save money on training. The supervisors lack communication. We had the worst experience ever. They treat children like ATM machines.

  One of the worst companies ever. It took them 4 months to start the therapies after they accepted my child. Their staff is not trained at all. The BIs are holding a tablet and focus on documentation instead of working on behavioral aspect of the child. This company is money minded. They don't care about the progress of the kids.

  We have used the services of few different ABA companies and in my opinion, they don't match ACES. ACES train their BIs at a higher level. They work with the parents about issues affecting the sessions and adapt to child's needs. I'm very happy with their services. Thank you
