  Dr. Watt himself did a good job but the office staff and specifically billing department are terrible and make me wish I could give them 0 stars. They filed the claim improperly with my insurance (which I called and verified with my insurance provider and they confirmed to me over the phone that the error was indeed on their end) and rather than resolve their mistake they have continuously sent me a bill I’ve called several times and promised it would be resolved only to have the same bill show up again 2 weeks later. This has been an on going issue for the better part of 2 years now since I had my wisdom teeth removed and they still haven’t resolved it or apologized for the hassle this has caused me. Like I said I would give them 0 or negative stars if possible I’m not sure why my family dentist referred me to dr. Watts office the expirience has been absolutely abysmal and I would recommend that if you need oral surgery you go quite literally anywhere else

  Hate to write this review but have to. First they worked with insurance and mentioned that my out of pocket was 494 for wisdom teeth removal. I paid before the surgery in February 2022. Now somehow I did not see the claim in MetLife for the whole year so I did not use any general cleaning stuff. Now after 1 year in Mar 2023, I now get a bill for $394 stating that insurance underpaid. Not sure how this is ok for doctor can send a bill after more than 1 year. When I called the office they said they can’t do anything. All I can say is to go to this doctor if you like surprise bills after a year! I roughly remember some other person writing a similar review which I ignored leading to my own peril.

  Amazing dentist. Pulled 2 teeth and no pain, you get what you pay for. No freebies here but it's worth the price of admission. Highly recommend.

  I usually don't write reviews but thought I should give my input and hopefully help the Doctor out. I would have been fine talking to someone about my issues but no one is helpful at the front desk so here we go. The staff at the front office are RUDE and unprofessional. I have really good insurance but the front staff kept telling me I had none. I kept telling them they have the wrong last name for me in their system. Every time I would call to check on the status of my health insurance they would tell me they still couldn't find it and everytime they pulled up my Information they had STILL HAD ME UNDER THE WRONG LAST NAME.... NO WONDER YOU CANT FIND MY INFO..... Then they have the audacity to act like I am the issue and are bothered by my calls. One girl was finally able to change my last name for me and magically all my insurance was there. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment from how long they took to get it together down there. Its been over a month that I had to go back and forth with them. They say they will call you back but never do. They put you on long wait time and when they pick up they are rude. The doctor seemed great at the consultation but the front staff has ruined it for me. I will not be going under anesthesia at a place that has such low standards for their staffs professionalism.

  This review is overdue!!!! I am a dentist and I only refer my family and my staff to Dr Wat’s office if hey need any extraction surgery or any pathology consultation. Dr Wat took care my brother’s super difficult horizontally impacted wisdom. My patients love Dr Wat even it’s in the most emergency situation. They are always available and very caring. Hands down! Dr Wat and Dr Wat team are the most skillful, most experienced and most compassion oral surgeon I have been working with for the last twelve years! Thank you Dr Wat and Dr Wat!!
