After about 10 mins I just hung up and called again. This time I was placed straight on hold and repeated the process. Terrible service the staff clearly doesn't care.

Today I called a customer service number explaining about three times and the male with a Filipino voice told me twice to contact the store. I asked for a manager and was told there weren’t any. I got emotional and told him that he should be able to contact the store, that I needed to stop all prescriptions because my mom passed away. The phone went silent. He never returned nor apologized nor gave his name. That’s why I had to describe the voice. How would anyone else feel if they had to go through this and it was less than ten days since the death?
