  I don't know the phlebotomists name that helped me but she went above and beyond to help me when I've been trying to get my bloodwork done for three months. She was the only one that contacted the office to figure out my insurance! She deserves a raise!

  I had a very good experience at Quest overall. However, I was a bit confused about the check-in process. If you’ve already checked in online, completed all your information, and have an appointment (including insurance details), it’s unclear why you still need to use the kiosk upon arrival. There was no clear guidance indicating that kiosk check-in may not be necessary in this case. It would be helpful if this was clarified, as the kiosk seems more appropriate for walk-in patients who don’t have a prior appointment.

  Staff is not supportive at all. They kept me seated for like 2-3 hours and didn’t take my test. It’s mentioned on their website that they do TB test and I went twice there waited for long hours, wasted my whole day and didn’t get any outcome out of them. Worst experience I had ever experienced. I would never recommend them to anyone.
