Do NOT use their “convenient” wait outside check in option. They don’t even give you 4 minutes to get inside before canceling your appointment and forcing you to wait in standby as a walk in.
My appointment was at 1:00PM. They texted me at 1:17PM and I walked in at 1:20PM. I waited to be called and then noticed my name had been removed from the checked in list on the monitor. I asked a person at the front (which took another 10 minutes because no one works up there) and they stated they canceled my appointment because I was a no show. It literally had been 3 minutes.
I was forced to wait an additional 45 minutes because of this. The last straw for me was when another customer came up and mentioned the same situation about their appointment and they let him in no other questions asked. After that I got up and left to find an appointment elsewhere. I will never come back to this location.

I brought my two-year-old daughter to Quest Diagnostics for a lab test, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely distressing.
The first phlebotomist attempted to draw blood and tried three times in one hand but was unable to locate a vein. My daughter was in significant pain throughout these attempts. The explanation given was that children’s veins are small or that she might be dehydrated, although she was well hydrated.
A second staff member was then called in, and she also attempted three additional times without success. My daughter was in extreme discomfort by this point. We were then told they would try one more time, and if unsuccessful, we should return another day.
As a parent, it was very upsetting to see my child endure multiple unsuccessful attempts. For pediatric patients, especially toddlers, there should be experienced pediatric phlebotomists available and appropriate equipment such as butterfly needles designed for small veins.
This experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I hope Quest Diagnostics will review its procedures for pediatric blood draws to prevent other children from going through similar distress.

THE WORST one I've ever been to. Management is a mess and staff couldn't care less. Avoid like the plague

The first visit was a bit jarring because it's fully automated check in. No one there to greet you and it felt cold. For those reading this, you must get an appointment. If you don't have one, your experience could be terrible as you are going to be low in their priority list and delays will push your wait longer.
I went there twice to get blood drawn. My experiences with both "nurses" was very good. They got the blood with the gentle first poke and I do appreciate it a lot.
