Assured me that my glasses would be shipped to me before I left to study internationally, and when I called on the day they were meant to be delivered (two days before my flight), the customer service rep informed me that the order had been cancelled by their manufacturer and there was nothing they could do about it. Not only was she completely unsympathetic and unhelpful, but started yelling at me midway through the call. This is completely unacceptable- absolutely atrocious customer experience.

My wife needed her existing glasses tested. They tested them fast, and we got a printout of the results. Service was excellent.

The doctor is good and thorough but the retail staff is extremely rude and uptight. They raise their voice and repeat the same thing again and again instead of explaining the issue in a different way. They lack some serious customer service. I won’t be going back to this location again.

Had to fix to my glasses, and the team took care of it within an hour; something even my optometrist wasn’t able to do. Thanks Alvin and team for the fast and high quality service. Also appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone was!

We went here to order prescription glasses and sunglasses and our visit was great. Alvin helped us figure out our insurance allowances and also helped in picking the frame best suited for the prescription. Highly highly recommend this place!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
