The experience with Dr..Zang and the entire staff of Lenscrafters was amazing. I visited for an eye checkup of my 5 year old child. Dr. Zhang and her assisting staff was very patient with my child as you know it is not easy with kids. Also, Dr. Zhang is very knowledgeable and answered each and every query patiently with deep insights. Would definitely recommend.

My experience is based on how I was treated when I walked in for my appointment since I never saw the doctor. I had an appointment for 5:20 pm, I admit I was running at 7 minutes behind, however I arrived at 5:30 pm where there was two people at the check in counter, one being a asian women which was helping a customer at the time and gentleman. As I approach the man to check me, I had explain to him I had an appointment at 5:20 had been running slightly behind schedule time. The gentleman said not to worry because the doctor was still there and I was only a few minutes late. However in the middle of my conversation with the gentleman, the asain women who was too busy to help at the time decides to walk over and tell to reschedule me since the doctor left. However mine you I had been there already 10 minutes with my husband waiting to be checked in while the doctor was still there. Meaning neither the asian women or gentleman went to the back to inform the doctor her last appointment was there. Instead the asian women said good bye to the doctor as she walked out. Which I found to be outrages she didn't say anything to the doctor that I was there. The way I see it especially that I work in a hospital and I am a veterinarian technician. They both should have walked to the back and told the eye doctor I was there before she even decided to leave. That was the first mistake. The next mistake was on the doctor part because she never asked or confirm of her last appointment of the day arrived. At the end if I would have been seen at 5:20 pm on the dot, the doctor would have to conduct her exam that would have taken at 30 min which didn't make sense on the doctor part to leave when there was tme to have my appointment. I just felt like no one wanted to work anymore especially the doctor since I was the last appointment. I found the asian lady to be rude not helpful and the doctor lazy. I can never image being rude to any of my clients especially new potential clients. Also it looks bad nonthw doctor that also rushed out to leave. I have clients almost 15 my m late, mind you I wasn't at all that late and we still see them especially of our hospital is still open for business. The sad part is that they lost great business since I allows spend good money on my frames sometimes buy two pairs and the other sad part for them I took my husband who was a client will no longer being to them for his eye glasses who works for a big company. Which means they lost his business too. The moral to this is never treat people like they are insignificant, do your job properly, and if your a doctor then act like your job is important and you care about people not calus!!
