  By far the worst experience I've had at any store in Fremont. The staff could care less, doc was more interested in selling products and additional services than doing the actual eye exam. Never again !!

  I had a great experience with my eye exam. The doctor was very thorough, took the time to explain my condition clearly, and answered all my questions without rushing. The staff was professional and the office was clean and organized. I felt confident in the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing eye care.

  Everyone was very professional. And used the latest state of the art eye exam equipment. Dr. Being Zhang is very knowledgeable and competent.

  This review is for Dr Bei Zhang. We visited her last year. She's really insensitive towards her patients. My child had a large number and we had been trying everything we could to keep the number from increasing and it did work as that year there was no increase. Yet Dr didn't bother to notice that and kept telling me how I was being an irresponsible mom and not taking care of my child. I told her we had tried to do myopia control but my child was a blinker and very afraid of contacts and couldn't get trained to wear contact lenses, happens with 1 in 1000 children, but she literally used words like "if it was my kid, I would do this, that" etc. It was very hurtful. I and my family decided never to visit her again. Just because a kid's number is large, doesn't mean parents don't care and doesn't mean parents are not trying whatever they can. To judge someone like that is bad, really bad. She made me feel as if I'm a really careless and irresponsible mom but everyone in my family knows that's not true. And even my kid acknowledges that. So please request to understand people's situation, do not judge based on some things you see, and please be sympathetic and understanding towards your patients. and btw, at the same time there was another family that had come there with an old lady and it seemed like this Dr had messed up something and the family and her children were very upset. And so she had to make us wait which is fine. But yeah says a lot about her. So this time we visited a different place and much happier with the treatment we got.
