    I have been successful on this program twice before so I know that this program works! My review is not based on program itself, but of the clinic location and the HB staff. I first started this this program in February 2021. The new program requires you to become a member for 1 year. When I signed up, the HB office hours were 7am to 4pm. It’s located close to my work so I knew I could get there during my lunch break for my daily visits. I noticed that the staff changed constantly. I never saw the same 2 nurses/MA’s after about 3 months. It seems that turnover is quite high. It’s hard to develop a relationship with someone when you are on a weight loss program when the staff changes constantly. The used to have a nurse, Carla, who was amazing at helping clients with the program. When a customer asked the office manager for a print out of the some sample menus, she was told that they don’t provide those anymore. Lindora wants you to figure it out. Sometimes it’s hard coming up with the correct combination of carbs and proteins and we need help. They old program, they provided you with sample menus to help you. Suddenly the office hours changed. The HB office was going to close for lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm. This is exactly when I take my lunch break so now I can’t get in to the office for my daily visits. I called the corporate office and asked if there was a way they could at least have the nurses stagger their lunch so they didn’t have to close. I was told they reserve the right to change their hours but they would bring this to the office managers attention. Nothing has changed. I decided I better give this 100% effort since my membership was ending in mid February. When I arrived I noticed that the parking lot was under construction so I parked in free valet parking. They guys were very nice and super friendly. Parking had been an issue so I am happy that they are building a structure. The office hours are still 7am to 4am and closed for lunch for 1 hour. I guess my suggestion was not taken into consideration. There were two new gals that were working as the nurses/MA’s. Gotta build another relationship with them. As the days went by and I showed up for my daily visits, I noticed the valet was closed a day so I parked in the lot next door. IT was disgusting. I had to walk past 5 homeless vehicles. The smell of urine and marijuana was disgusting. They leave their trash all over the side walk and chain their bikes to the fence. I’m surprised the city hasn’t asked them to move. The office buildings are pretty gross too. The windows are so dirty, you can barely see through them, some days the bathroom was out of order. Not a great thing to have happen. I was about 4 weeks into my weight loss program and the computer kept telling them that I need to do lab work and sign up for another yearly membership. I told them that I was not going to renew my membership. I had to meet with the office manager to sign paperwork to make sure that I gave enough notice so that my card was not charged my monthly fee. After I received the letter that my paperwork was received, I went in for my daily visit. I was told that since I canceled, I was no longer able to get my daily shot and that I was no longer in a weight loss program either, even though I paid for that month. It was explained that if the weight loss program would not be completed before my membership expiration date, then I wasn’t able to get the daily shots THAT I PAID FOR. I was able to come in to get the booster shots per week until my end date. I came in and got my booster and asked if I could get three per week. I was told no. Then on the last week of my membership, I was told that they changed their plan and I COULD get three boosters in a week but my week ended on Thursday so I could only get two. Completely disappointed.

    I’ve been going to Lindora for 4 years it’s the only weight loss program that actually worked for me The only real complaint I have is the turn over in staff. It’s like 100% about every six month it’s concerning when you develop a bind with a couple nurses then all of a sudden their gone like I had to go away for three month due to personal family business, and when I got back it was a whole new staff from office manager to nurses and some aren’t that personable. Other complaint is the foods. It’s not stocked with popular items Otherwise it’s.a good program

    Yesterday my husband and I went in for a introduction meeting at 11:30 the staff was very unprofessional no acknowledgement when we arrived after filling out paper work which had the wrong names on them, finally 30min into our appt. a staff member was so rude she rolled her eyes when we asked when we can start our introduction so we walked out
