Your web site and recorded message says to come in for your covid boosters. Have had numerous texts from the pharmacy that it's time for a vaccine. Tried to call 3 days in a row ,left messages and number, never a response, but again " walk inns welcome" Drove over and hour only to be told we needed an appointment and we're refused service. There was no line and noone waiting for their shot. Terrible customer service.

I would like to thank the lady pharmacist, Dr. Sohyun Oh, who gave me two free shots. I am injection averse but Dr. Oh showed me how to make them pain-free by breathing in and then out while giving the injection. She was great and I didn't feel a thing. She also gave me an update on what shot I needed. Thank you. Madeleine Brink

Drove 40 minutes to do a walk-in flu shot, only to be told "we don't do those on Saturday". No indication about this policy anywhere on the website, and of course there are no appointments available either. To prevent a repeat, I'm now trying to call them on a different day to confirm I can actually get one if I come, but the phone has gone to a non-existent voicemail 5 times in the last hour. If you're gonna make arbitrary rules that aren't on your website, and you're not going to answer the phone, how hard is it to put me on hold or take a message? Another corporate race to the bottom sucking the life out of everything
