Drove 40 minutes to do a walk-in flu shot, only to be told "we don't do those on Saturday". No indication about this policy anywhere on the website, and of course there are no appointments available either. To prevent a repeat, I'm now trying to call them on a different day to confirm I can actually get one if I come, but the phone has gone to a non-existent voicemail 5 times in the last hour. If you're gonna make arbitrary rules that aren't on your website, and you're not going to answer the phone, how hard is it to put me on hold or take a message? Another corporate race to the bottom sucking the life out of everything

If you never need to talk on the phone with this pharmacy about your prescriptions this is the place for you. Never 1 time have they answered, they have no voice mail option active either. They are helpful and friendly at the counter, I did ask why they have a phone if all they do is look at it ringing? I hope others have better luck than I have. Even calling within minutes of opening gets no response truly disappointed

CONSISTENTLY unable to fill prescriptions that shouldn't be an issue. We've received every excuse from them at this point. Today was the final straw when we were told that they received a prescription for basic medicines for COVID literally hours ago... but just... didn't fill it? absolutely peak incompetence. I'm not sure how many other pharmacies are accepting patients in the area, but seriously AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MEDS.
additionally, if you try to call ahead to make sure they did their job, the phone will not be picked up until you call 5 or more times in a row, and then half the time they pick up they'll just immediately hang up on you to avoid dealing with anything. I genuinely don't know what they're doing all day, but it's certainly not their job. absolute joke.
gonna keep adding on because I keep remembering ways they've screwed my girlfriend and I... they also shorted me nearly a week of my ADHD meds which are a controlled substance and I didn't notice because I didn't think it necessary to count my pills like I live with a drug addict, but someone in that pharmacy was taking my Vyvanse because I ran out a week before my prescription was due for a refill, and I didn't double dose or lose any pills. so count your meds if they're the type someone might abuse.
