I have NEVER experienced such bad service and rude people over the phone. My doctor (from Hoag Medical) sent in 3 prescriptions and only 2 got filled. Tracking down the item was a freaking nightmare. My doctor resubmitted the prescription 2 more times and their system showed "not received"! This went on for two days... It turns out that Ralphs has an antiquated system which apparently does not communicate fully when dealing with reputable medical groups such as Hoag. I wasn't please with the lady at Ralph's pharmacy for yelling at me and suggesting that the doctor himself should call her directly. This experience will have me staying away from Ralph's pharmacy.
