- JJJon JonesMay 14, 20191.0This Vons Pharmacy has a very rude and incompetent Manager. He needs to be sent to take CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 course and take some vitamin to build some energy. That way he won't be TOO LAZY to do anything and help customer for once. If he can not do his job right, Quit and let somebody else take over. Cheren the staff pharmacy seems fine to replace him. The district manager should do something about this manager. Is there ever a performance review? Probably not. Otherwise, he should've get demoted to a closed pharmacy where he doesn't have to deal with people. I doubt there are a lot of customers going to this Vons. There are so many pharmacy within less than 10 mins distant but I go to this one. Even RITE AID has a better review. How can this place stay in business? I am not sure how. I understand how pharmacy works and I will not be surprised if Walgreens or CVS buy this pharmacy . I don't like both but this location is worst. Do not go to this location unless you like a bad customer service and lazy pharmacist.
