  ★ BEST SERVICES! ★ EXTRA CARE! ★ ABOVE & BEYOND! ★ EXPERIENCES; Left my cell in Lyft, driver drove off. Ralph's Pharmacy called my Health Provider Transportation Dept & arranged pickup. ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED! I ❤️ RALPHS PHARMACY! IMPORTANT: The Ralph's, Store Manager, was very upset at the pharmacist's, & me, even though, I also purchased groceries, am a 10 yr loyal customer, she expressively did NOT want pharmacist's to help me saying, "It is not our responsibility".

  4/14/25 – Zero Star I recently picked up a prescription and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I plan to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy due to poor customer service. An employee, an Asian woman, dark short hair in a white lab coat—possibly a pharmacist or technician—made an inappropriate assumption about my insurance status by asking the counter attendant if I was “Medical,” without any reason or context. I found this unprofessional and unnecessary. For the record, I have private insurance, not Medical, and it was disappointing to have assumptions made about me with no basis. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere, since it is evident that I am not welcomed here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better customer service for other potential customers moving forward. I will not be returning.

  Shockingly sloppy and plain awful!! This place needs to get it together!! They billed my insurance for medication WEEKS after they dispensed it, throwing off the days of my refill, denying me my medication due to their own tacky errors. I had to be on the phone for HOURS with my insurance company to straighten out THEIR error!! They were RUDE and didn't care to clear up their OWN mistake!! Don't waste your time here folks. They don't seem to have a single clue on how to handle the delicate nature of balancing BUSINESS and related HEALTH concerns. What a disgraceful place! 👎👎👎👎👎

  I was stuck down in San Bernardino while my wife had a visit to Loma Linda University Medical Center. The visit was originally 7 days +/-, but ended up being 30 days, and naturally my meds ran out. Smith’s Pharmacy is connected with them and I received notice that they had auto-refilled one of my meds and it was awaiting pick up- except it was 230 miles away! Ralph’s called Smith’s, and transferred the prescription down here so I wouldn’t run out- a GREAT service!!

  2 out of 3 times I've gone there to buy my Muscle Milk I come back home to find it expired by 2 months. Great! So if you shop there frequently READ THE EXPIRATION DATE!
