  We love Doctor James he is soo patient with kids and explains everything so they dont get nervous definitely our favorite dentist 🫶🏼

  I absolutely loved this kids dentistry. Today was my 1st time here and my little boys 1st dentist appointment ever. The atmosphere was great very kid friendly when I walked in. And the girls in the front we absolutely wonderful, very accommodating and polite. The girls in the back that check my son in his weight and his X-rays were very nice and gentle with my son and so sweet with him. Made me as a nervous 1st time mommy feel very comfortable and happy. And my son did great with his x-rays. In the room the doctor was so GREAT she was an absolute delight, very welcoming and nice to us both. She was very gentle with my son, showed care and very friendly with his first visit. I recommend this location 100% 👌 👏 best dentistry. We have are 2nd follow-up scheduled already. Definitely bringing my son back. Thank you "Children Dental Fun Zone" for a great experience. T. De La Cruz

  I love bringing my kids to Children’s Dental Funzone because they make them feel comfortable.The waiting room is really kids friendly and they give every kid a toy after every visit. Alejandra always helps when I need to reschedule appointments or have any questions. I highly recommend them the staff is friendly and professional!

  I was supposed to have a family discount credit applied to me because I have a family member who works for this orthopedics office. Prior to setting up an appointment for a braces consultation this discount was confirmed by the office. They than reached out to my family member after this confirmation and said they would no longer be able to honor this discount with no reason given. Even so, I went ahead with the appointment, seeing as I have pretty good insurance with my employer. At my consultation the doctor went over my options, which included braces, and Invisalign. Shortly after going over these options, they had a finance representative come and talk to me to get my insurance information so they could give me an accurate quote on my options. She ran my insurance and after about 30 mins, came back to me and told me my insurance covers 2000$ for both traditional and Invisalign braces respectively. Thereafter she offered no options on payment plans, financing, or any other indication that she was trying to help me move forward and sent me on my way, very confusing and concerning. I had to take matters into my own hands and call Alex, the supervisor in charge of orthopedics and ask her how and what was needed to move forward in getting the right course of treatment for myself. She told me my options, and tells me the best course was an in house financing option. We went over numbers, payments, how many months and signed insurance papers and an agreement on services. Made an appointment for the following week to start my treatment option agreed upon. Less then 5 days after I received a call about a down payment for the appointment not being placed. The following day I received a voicemail stating the my insurance only covered these treatment options up to the age of 25 of the recipient. At no point during the 2 weeks of going through this circus did anyone have the knowledge, experience, or motivation to check the basics when dealing with a new patient. Especially one who is considering getting a service that is neither inexpensive nor should be taken lightly. They offered “family discount” the took that back. They told me my insurance would go through. Then took that back. They than offered 500$ off Invisalign, but as they did previously, took that back. Inexperienced, no one seems to know the business they work in or what they’re doing. Untrained, and maybe most importantly inconsistent with what they say. I don’t recommend the headache it is simply disheartening and draining.

  Brought my child in this week and the staff was absolutely amazing ! Love the doctors and the office was very clean . Definitely going to be recommending this location .
