Going to the Safeway pharmacy for me is like going to a small town pharmacists! Everyone (I mean every single one of them) is friendly and they all treat me wonderfully. Even if the line is long they take the time to take care of me and never try to rush me out. Brad and Tamme are both professional and friendly as well as Kitty, Nick, Phoebe (sorry, I can’t remember them all, but they deserve to be mentioned) are fantastic people and care about their customers!

Literally the worst pharmacy. Every time I refill meds I call to confirm they are in fact ready for pick up, and every time I go to pick them up without fail they ain’t ready or they “don’t have a subscription” for it.

I’m writing this post because I know I’m not the only one Tammy has done this to she didn’t like the prescription I was on and wanted a “treatment plan“ which my doctor faxed NUMEROUS TIMES only to find out they gave them the wrong number well TAMMY messaged my doctor saying I come in for early refills all the time which is documented that I don’t she said I was rude that never happened I’ve always been respectful and polite I never had any issues until now she said I’m demanding and I harass other pharmacist mind you EVERYTHING is documented but who’s your doctor going to believe you or the pharmacist Heidi is another one who is rude they both made a big deal out of me going from Natomas out to Folsom I’ve seen reviews on here one person traveled from Galt so yes this was a personal attack but I have the pharmacy manager on video stating I’ve never done anything that she said I did but she still got my prescription taken which I needed I have stage 4 COPD which causes you to cough CONSTANTLY I am taking legal actions against Safeway and TAMMY not only did she slander my name it’s Defamation of character

I would like to commend Brad and his team for providing excellent service. Just recently, I changed insurance carriers and was having an issue with the new carrier approving my existing prescriptions. Brad and his team took the time to contact the carrier and were able to resolve the problem quickly. I am so appreciative of the care they showed. Thank you so much.
If anyone is looking for a Great pharmacy, this is the one.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
