  I feel bad for the staff here, they’re clearly understaffed and very stressed. Do not visit without an appointment; you won’t get seen as a walk-in, even if you arrive at/before opening.

  I live in Folsom , CA , I have access to 3 Quest Labs on my way to work and home , if you can do the check in , in advance , and set an appointment at most you will be there for 10 min.

  I went in for bloodwork and had a 2 ladies help me. One was in training getting her hours and the other was supervising. I was very impressed with their warmth and professionalism. It makes an uncomfortable situation so much more pleasant.
