Branches Folsom

Branches Folsom, a Service of Sierra Vista Hospital provides an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adolescents and adults with mild mental health challenges, an adult partial hospitalization program for individuals with moderate mental or behavioral health challenges without requiring an overnight hospital stay. Our Adult Chemical Dependency IOP helps patients develop skills and behaviors that support lasting sobriety and prevent relapse.
