The woman that helped me was so helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns on glasses and cost. She explained everything very well outlined my insurance and gave me options to stick to my budget.
The Doctor was very knowledge and gave me great options for what to expect with my eyes going forward. Having cataracts he was very encouraging of detailing how long I had.
The gentlemen who did my initial exam was funny and made me feel very comfortable.
I had tried Costco because it was cheaper, but after 2 times of the prescription not being right and the employees not able to put the correct dot on the height and then telling me that they couldn't fit the prescription in any of their glasses I decided to go back to lense crafters. They might a little bit more expensive but they actually know what they are doing and have a fabulous selection of glasses for any budget
