My son had severe ear pain on Sunday morning (Apr 5, 2026), so wanted to get him checked asap. I was able to schedule an appointment at the earliest and take him in. There was no wait time at all. Once there, was able to check in and get inside quick. The provider who had my son checked was not friendly and sounded rude and in a hurry. When asked when will the prescription be sent to the pharmacy, she answered saying “whenever the pharmacy gets it ready”. She also never actually sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I actually confirmed with the provider twice if she has sent the prescription to the pharmacy, she replied saying “Yes” both the times.
Then I had my husband call the pharmacy the next day to check if the prescription was ready (because we never received a call or text from the pharmacy the same day) and the pharmacy said they never received anything under my son’s name. So I had to call carbon health to ask what happened and the person at the front desk said she sees a note saying, “the prescription has been sent out” but the provider who checked my son never actually sent it, she only made a note of it which is really bad and irresponsible.
Due to this my son had to suffer one whole night though he was at the urgent care. The reason I scheduled him immediately was to get him relived of his ear pain which was of no use at the end of day.
Recommend you to please look into this issue asap.

Came in for a sports physical for my son was quoted 65$ then a week later I was charged 120$ on top of the 65$ without authorizing or even being in the location. When I try to call them they don’t answer the phone…. Hopefully they respond but I’d be concerned about going here there are other urgent cares which I’ve had higher success with.

DO NOT GO HERE! I literally just took time off work to attend an appointment here and needed an x-ray. They checked me in, billed my insurance, and took my copay. After all that, they told me "no xray."
You need to tell people before hand. I listed the reason for my appointment when I booked it. I was never contacted to be informed of this. I lost a whole afternoon of work.
Stay away from this place.

The wait time was minimal. I was greeted by very friendly staff when I walked through the door. The waiting room is comfortable. The doctor was very helpful, asked clarifying questions, listened, and responded to the potential issues and provided testing. I appreciate her excellent and concise communication. The assistant patiently took my care of my tests. I felt taken care of and that is greatly appreciated.

Extremely frustrating experience. The wait times are ridiculously long, and the staff are unfriendly. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone by phone calls aren’t answered, and messages never get a callback.
The handling of my daughter’s prescription was completely unacceptable. During the visit, the doctor said they don’t recommend antibiotics yet and would only use them if the condition gets worse. When I asked if I could just get the antibiotics then, the doctor explained they were not necessary and that eye drops and warm compresses were enough.
However, the first pharmacy they sent the prescription to did not have the eye drops. I simply asked the clinic to send the same prescription to a different pharmacy. Instead, they suddenly prescribed oral antibiotics. I want to be very clear: I did not request oral antibiotics over the phone or in person after that initial visit. Yet, when my husband went to the clinic to clarify the change, the staff told him it was done because your wife asked for it, which is a complete lie.
If oral antibiotics were actually necessary, they should have been prescribed when I first asked for them, not changed without explanation and then blamed on me. Changing the story and lying to the patient is unprofessional and dishonest. The entire process was confusing, poorly handled, and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic.
