  In and out so quickly since I had an appointment and checked in online ! The phlebotomist was really sweet and did a great job taking my blood work. She used a butterfly needle and was very optimistic !

  Clean and they move fast. Appointment time was met and the phlebotomist, Mia was really good, barely felt the stick.

  I called today 11/18/25 @ 2:24 PM to ask a specific technical question regarding a test, specifically which tube color should be used. I explained that I am not a phlebotomist and needed clear guidance. The staff member I initially spoke to was very rude, responded that I should check the Quest Diagnostic Test Directory, and stated she was with another patient and could not help me. She did not attempt to provide any guidance or answer my question, and I was not given the opportunity to ask a follow-up question. I found the first interaction at the Fairfield location dismissive and unhelpful. Clear, professional guidance is essential for patient safety and proper lab procedures.
