At NSM, we build one-of-a-kind mobility solutions designed to be comfortable, safe and work completely in sync with each client. Our focus is to deliver independence and self-reliance to clients, regardless of age or physical challenge; to offer reassurance to families and caregivers; and to provide flexible, highly professional clinical support to physicians and therapists.
We have dealt with NSM for years now. The techs are awesome and his equipment is always reliable. It's actually pretty fast lately on getting the approval and the equipment ready. The only problem I have is how hard it is to get a hold of the office now. Constantly being redirected to the call center has not shown any positive. I have called off and on for three weeks now to get my son's wheelchair delivered. Not sure if it is the call center itself or NSM location, but I cannot get anyone to call me back no matter how many times I leave a message with someone at the call center. Not being able to directly talk to this specific office has proven to be ridiculous.

A place like this is supposed to help the disabled. Well forget about that. My wife has been in a wheelchair for 7 yrs now and rolling around in our carpeted home has made her hands and arms hurt on a regular basis. So we contacted our healthcare provider about something electric so she can scoot around the house with it. We got approved and we went and saw this place (the only place healthcare provider uses). They talked to us and determined what would be best for her. Then said they ordered it and there is a $700+ co-pay that we have to pay. So we were prepared to come up with the money then found out the order was cancelled. They told us our provider cancelled it so my wife called provider and found out healthcare did not cancel it AND THERE WAS NO CO-PAY. So we called the mobility place back and found out THEY actually cancelled because they said since your wife has Medicare as well as the other healthcare that we need to get a bunch of info for them before they would order another scooter. So please explain to me how a company who’s job it is to help people get the equipment they need to live a better quality of life feels it’s right to make said customer do all their legwork? Stay away, far away if you can. FYI still don’t have anything to help my wife.

My husband had the lung disease needed Ox.24/7 and could not move for a few years.
He bought iLevel Quantum for his freedom in the last June 2021 but he passed away in the July 2021 just one moth from delivery of his dream power chair.
Never got to ride, never able to go outside as he wished.
I called local Santa Rosa Vendor to please take it back for refund or buy back as reasonable price.
The manager was so rude and said NO once it delivered.
It’s NEW and just one month with never been used it !!
I unhooked it’s power on chair and went through my lost and grief for last seven months.
Now I am trying to sell it.
But the chair did not charged and also I had the warranty question before sell.
I called quantum manufacture a few times asking for help.
What they said was call local vendor
I called several times asking for help and what’s wrong with chair not move.
They said batteries drained need new one, if owner is dead no more warranty.
I ask for help what to do to local Santa Rosa vendor, manufacturers but no hep.
When they were selling the expensive powerchair, they were so nice and said if we need any help just call anytime.
I have been calling them more than dozen times but their attitude was not kind because since my husband passed away and no more insurance Of chair.
Their attitude was why I am keep calling them since as my husband is gone and no longer insurance coverage.
I am so so disappointed and very upset with the company and
Never recommended to buy from terrible service of this company!
