No one even bothers to greet you when you walk in.. and when they finally decide to acknowledge your presence, anything you ask is feels like an huge inconvenience to answer. It’s obvious that the people there hate their jobs and it really shows in their service. Just go to sight for sore eyes or the other LensCrafters in Macy’s. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
