- MRMonica Ravanello1 day ago5.0I have been a member here since December 2024 and absolutely love everything about this place…the peaceful atmosphere, the amazing instructors, the variety of classes offered and variations within exercises, the front desk staff…just to name a few. Most of all I love how I feel after each class. These workouts have completely transformed my body and amongst other great benefits reminded me how to breathe!! I tell everyone in my circle to try our CP, it is the best workout one can do for improved posture, flexibility, balance and strength!!
