At the time of this review, I have attended Club Pilates in Fairfield for one month, 7 classes. For context, I've been doing mat pilates, yoga, elliptical and rowing at home semi-regularly for about five years. CLUB LOCATION: It's the only one I've been to, so I can't compare to others, but it is small and clean and meticulously maintained. Teachers and front desk staff (shout out to Tammie!) are kind and attentive, with instructors watching for form and suggesting modifications (like when I'm fooling myself into believing I can extend a leg when doing so would pull me out of proper position). CLASSES: Intro class was very useful if you'd never used a reformer. I immediately loved it. Hillary reached out to see how I liked it and if I had any questions after the class, but there was never any pressure. It was just excellent customer service. I have also tried Reformer Flow, Control, Cardio and Center/Balance to get a good sense of the difficulty between 1 and 1.5 level classes. Level 1 is as it sounds; a solid place to start or where I would go for a lower intensity class that still feels like I've accomplished something for myself. Modifications are suggested to make it more challenging if you want to. Level 1.5 varies! Control is all about small movements and so if you're really focused on doing what the teacher is saying, it can be very hard. If you're not, it might feel easy. Cardio Sculpt nearly killed me and I limped for three days and I can't wait to go again. It was AWESOME. I found muscles I didn't know I had. There's a ton of equipment like TRX and Bosu (?) balls and just a ton of stuff I'm still learning about. Instructors have been great about demonstrating ways to use the tools during class keeping the training fresh! Hillary also helped me to take advantage of discount offers during January and again in March! She also helped me resolve a paperwork issue immediately on the phone in under three minutes, which for me is a huge plus. Responsive and considerate! After starting with the lowest frequency membership (4x a month) to get a sense of things, I immediately upgraded for my second month because I feel bummed out if I can only go once a week. Moved up to the 8x a month but to be honest, I don't know how long it will be before I just go unlimited. It's a great environment with clean and well-kept equipment, knowledgable and considerate teachers, kind staff and challenging but fun exercise. It already helped my sit-all-day sciatica fade! I cannot recommend this Club Pilates branch enough. Go! Sign up for a free Intro! You won't regret it.

Really enjoyed the classes. However I have been charged almost a full months membership fee in cancelations and no shows in the short time I was a member, because of this, I couldn’t afford the following month. And yet they want to charge me a late fee for “not canceling within 30 days”. No. I don’t think so. You’ve charged me enough unnecessary late fees over the months. I’ve tried explaining to the staff that I’ve never canceled same day nor not shown up to my classes. But I’m just met with “our system indicated…..” blah blah. Their cancelation policy is 12 hr notice. But even when they fill the reformer, we still get charged. They need to update their system so there’s no delay on their end for when the customers actually cancel. I’m tired of being told that I have to cancel at a certain time. I KNOW this. 🙄

Not the best experience I am really new to Pilates. I just recently joined the Suisun class and I was thoroughly enjoying the classes. However, today I was told that I had the wrong type of grip socks on. According to the instructor who talks very loud and was using a microphone, I was wearing "hospital socks" and I was not allowed to come in the studio with them. I was really embarrassed because I had purchased these socks on Amazon but obviously, I bought the wrong kind. She told the girl at the front desk to sell me a pair of grip socks. I informed the front desk person that I really did not want to pay 22.00 for a pair of grip socks and I did not bring any money with me. She then informed me that I would be charged a "no show" fee if I decided to leave. I asked her how could you charge me a "no show" if I am standing right here? She said because you have the wrong socks on. I decided to leave and told her to do what she needed to do. This really left a "bad impression" of them in my eyes. I understand that they both felt they were doing their job but they both could have handled the situation differently. Especially, since I am so new to the world of Pilates and the rules.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Club Pilates Suisun since they first opened, and it has truly been a life-changing experience. Over the past year, I’ve seen incredible improvements in both my mental and physical health. The instructors are amazing, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain movements, offer corrections, and make sure everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged. The classes are well structured and motivating. The front desk staff also deserves a huge shout-out. The gals are always polite, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They are happy to answer questions, help with scheduling, and make every visit feel positive from the moment you walk in. Overall, the studio has an incredible atmosphere, and I highly recommend Club Pilates Suisun to anyone looking to feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced—both mentally and physically.
