I tried to use this pharmacy for months and each visit was unnecessarily painful. During my final visit, staff were extremely hostile and refused to dispense medication or order refills, without any cause or reason. Once the General Manager of the store was called over, the pharmacist immediately and wordlessly provided both prescriptions to me. This seems to clearly indicate that I was being refused not for any of the reasons the staff member asserted (no prescription exists, prescription is invalid, wrong location, etc), and that I was only helped because upper management became involved. Until the General Manager approached, the pharmacist on duty ignored my direct requests for her assistance and would not even make eye contact. I still cannot fathom why staff that day decided to misrepresent facts, become hostile, and completely ignore me, when all I asked for was my asthma inhaler I had requested days prior. Every time I put in refill requests, they were ignored for weeks until I showed up at the pharmacy (then they were dispensed immediately). Even trying to transfer my prescriptions away from this location has taken months. My first requests for transfer were flatly denied by the pharmacy techs, and repeated requests from my new pharmacy were ignored. My new pharmacy said it is extremely common for this location to never respond to their requests. If you have experienced issues with access to your necessary medications, it is helpful to know that there are local offices like the Board of Pharmacy to help you.
