  I had a blood draw done yesterday by Amber, and my 5 stars is specifically for her. She was incredibly sweet, personable, and actively went above and beyond to make my day better. Never had a better phlebotomist at a quest!

  Amber is seriously amazing and makes the process so easy. I am a many times repeat visitor and I have never felt so comfortable when she is my phlebotomist. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond to make my visit an enjoyable one, when getting poked many times in a year is typically not so fun. I seriously look forward to my appointments when I know she’s my provider. Please keep her, she is such a gem for this location.

  The staff are very professional and courteous, Ms.Jemie was kind to check every now and then assuring customers even Drop in at the waiting that they will be seen on timely manners, & making sure everybody’s name on the screen. I was impressed and felt the care and seen her smile though she was alone before 7:30 am. Even app that came earlier before his app was seen, while I had to wait long time in another branch but never seen when I came earlier than my app time for a legitimate reason though it was not busy at all. Ms.Masaya the lab tech was very professional and kind Thank you to all the staff at this location.
