  Took my stepped on, mangled glasses in to order a fix/new pair. 10 minutes later, I left with my fixed pair, better than new! No charge!

  This place was wonderful and the staff was amazing. And we're not even there normal customers. I wanted to share my experience so people know how great the people are who work here. My aunt from Dallas-Fort Worth Texas dropped and broke her frames. So we went in there with a bottle of super glue panicking what to do. Because she couldn't see well enough to use her phone and she had to make two connecting flights plus finish her vacation. The gentleman in there said I'll see what I can do pointed us to the discount rack of frames. He found an almost perfect match put together and fixed her glasses, like brand new using her existing lenses and clean them professionally. We got out of there for like $60 and 20 minutes and we were all smiles. He even adjusted the frames to fit her face comfortably. He didn't try to upsell us, up charge us, or even push us into the more expensive frames. He understood our situation and what we needed and he matched it perfectly. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

  These folks are awesome. I recently broke my glasses (stepped on them) while staying in Eureka during my vacation and needed repairs. But my glasses were shot from the accident. So these folks gave me a break on the cost of new rims and VOILA! I was on the road again. They were gracious, kind, honest, and professional in every respect. Good sense of humor too. Don’t hesitate to pay them a visit for all your eye needs. I wish their shop were closer to my home base. T. Jones (Fair Oaks, CA)
