  Absolutely horrible experience. I bought a pair of Prada eyeglasses from this location, and within a year the lenses began to crackle and turn cloudy. For eyewear at this price point, that is completely unacceptable. When I went back to the store to ask about replacing them, I was treated poorly because I had not purchased an additional warranty. Instead of standing behind the product or offering a reasonable solution, they refused to help. That sends a very clear message: once they have your money, customer service depends on whether you paid even more for extra coverage. Between the product quality and the dismissive attitude I received in-store, I would not recommend this location. Buyers should be cautious, because the customer service alone says everything.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased Prada sunglasses from this location, and in less than a year the lenses started crackling and clouding. A product sold as premium should not fall apart that quickly. When I returned to the store, the response was rude and unhelpful because I had not bought their warranty. Rather than stand behind what they sold, they used the lack of a warranty as an excuse to do nothing. Apparently, paying a high price for the glasses is not enough — they expect you to pay extra if you want them to care. The quality was disappointing, but the customer service was worse. I will not return, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before buying from this location.

  Jennie is the total package! She is the best at helping you choose the best frames available that work for your face & your personality. She takes the greatest care of me and my family. We just adore her and the whole crew at the Escondido location!

  The staff at this Lenscrafters location is phenomenal. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store. I went in for my annual eye exam. The Optometrist, Dr Mashiana, was very good - exceptionally thorough and efficient. The prescription in my new glasses is perfect. Lorena, the Optician, who helped me with the frame selection and the fitting was very good. She pulled out a few frames and I was able to make a decision quickly based on her suggestions. Overall, I was very happy with the whole process

  I had no wait at all before I was approached for assistance. Jennie assisted me. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. We had challenges with my insurance and she remained pleasant and persistent throughout. She had great knowledge of lenses and frames. I can’t say enough good things about her wonderful customer service.
