The experience, professional courtesy and money saving advice from all the staff is 100%. I have taken all my family members there and I suggest you visit them for your next pair of glasses and try their prescription sunglasses too! The lenses of my daily wear glasses darken in sunlight automatically! They are transition lenses. Some folk don’t know you can get that feature on regular glasses. Another great feature is that your glasses are created really fast! Some glasses can be done in a day. Finally, adjustments are free. Just visit them anytime and they’ll greet you with a smile. Nicole in Escondido got me right away! She told me she rides bikes too and knew exactly what I needed to be safe in a crash, and look stylish between. The general lack of care is astounding. I was prescribed a basic prescription, gave me a headache for 6 months, went to get it checked by a different optometrist, they literally laughed at my prescription after giving me my exam. Thank god I went and got a second opinion. Staff here also rushed me to choose my frames, I was the last appointment of the day and they all decided they wanted to go home early… so instead of giving me my allotted time they rushed me through my appointment. Didn’t call me before hand to let me know my appointment would be cut in half because they all wanted to leave early, I would have rescheduled. Overall unprofessional service.
