- RRrJul 14, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over two years, and while I appreciate the convenience, I’m frustrated with one of the staff members. I believe she may be Filipino. I’ve tried to overlook it for a long time, understanding that everyone has tough days, the job can be busy and stressful, but that’s no excuse. You still need to show professionalism and actually listen to what the patient is saying but the lack of professionalism from her has been consistent. She speaks to customers as if they’re just random people not patients needing help, and definitely not with the respect or courtesy you’d expect in a healthcare setting. She’s always rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional in tone. She rushes and ends conversations abruptly. Management seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring, because this reflects poorly on the entire pharmacy. That being said, Andy is one of the best pharmacists I’ve ever had. He’s respectful, patient, and truly does his job the way it’s supposed to be done. I hope she learns from him.
