- TMTim MitchellFeb 8, 20265.0I have been using Albertsons Pharmacy (Sav-On) for years now. Firstly, I came from a competitor because of convenience as to where I live because it is within walking distance and being an Albertsons patron for well over twelve years. I cannot say every interaction has been perfect. Who can? Yet, I have come to know most of the employees and manager. They have always treated me with respect even when not shopping there with a passing wave while shopping in Albertsons. However, I have to give special accolades to Andy. He went far and above what would be normal for an employee or manager as far as that goes. For whatever reason the copay for a prescription jumped big time and I in my old guy ways I reacted totally inappropriately. Andy, maintained his professionalism with me while sought to resolve the cause for the change in copay. He extended courtesy when he had all the right to toss me out on my ear. Through his earnest professionalism the challenge was resolved. It was on my end of the transaction and not fault of Albertsons Pharmacy. I will continue to be a patron of Albertsons Pharmacy as well as Albertsons.
