  I was in lab here. My veins are very hard to find I always struggle when I need to give blood. But not here, they are in with that needle without any problems on the first try. If I need lab texts I always go there. It's good that I can go to any UCLA lab.

  Really nice facility. I was there on a Saturday in Suite 390 which is UCLA's Encino Imaging and Interventional Center. Quiet, not a lot of people, friendly staff. Free parking if you validate. Very efficient and clean. A great experience!

  I am beyond disappointed with the treatment I received. I showed up to my appointment early and with the requested CD. They told me that they could not see me because the images where not uploaded. I was never told to do upload them and it did not state that on the message I received via my portal. Instead they cancelled my appointment on the spot. That was so disrespectful!!!

  The staff members here are all super friendly and professional. From the front desk representatives (who gave me a direct fax line for my doctor to send my order, making the process much more efficient), to the MRI tech (who made sure I was comfortable and communicated well the entire time) to the radiologist, who had my report written up and in my chart that same day. AND the parking is simple and validated. I had a very positive experience with this location.
