I’ve been with UCLA Health for years and now go to the Encino location it’s much closer. Everything runs smoothly, on time, and very organized. The only issue is it can take a while to get an appointment.

Quick way to get in and out for lab tests ordered by my doctors. Check-in is also quick and relatively easy, without having to pull out all my ID and insurance cards at their check-in kiosk.
Depending on the time of day you go, there's usually not too much of a wait to see a clinician and once you're inside your assigned station, tests are done quickly and efficiently by friendly, helpful technicians who are very conscious and thorough in reviewing your doctor's orders before they draw samples.
Make sure you have a prescription from your doctor before you go there for whatever you need done. Otherwise you will have to wait while they get a hold of your doctor's office to verify what tests and samples need to be collected.
My PCP cancelled the last two visits. I received a call from a non medical person, Myra, who did not address how to continue on medication for diabetes and would not address or offer options
improved in the last couple of years in my opinion.

I got there 15 minutes too late so the doctor couldn't see me. I am notorious for being late. I really tried this time. I left early and every shortcut I could think of. The traffic from North Hollywood to Encino has gotten so much worse over the years.
What used to take 20 minutes is now 45 or more!
