  Our experience at FI Los Angeles was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel supported and informed. Nurse Ana was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to answer our questions — she truly put us at ease. A special shout-out to Cyndi as well, who was amazing and so helpful throughout. Dr. Steinburg’s expertise made all the difference — thanks to him, I’m now nearly 5 weeks pregnant! We are beyond grateful to the whole team for their professionalism, care, and encouragement.   100% recommend Dr. Jeffrey Steinberg as your fertility doctor and his amazing team; Ana (Nurse) & Jenny (Financial Coordinator). I have a gorgeous super healthy baby girl in 2024 at age 43. I started egg retrieval since year 2019 when I was 38 years old. Total of 13 egg retrievals as I personally wanted as many healthy embryos before I started IVF. 4th IVF was finally successful. 3rd IVF was a chemical pregnancy and 1st and 2nd IVF no pregnancy. Note: all IVFs I had two embryos versus one, not all doctors are capable of doing this. I was older and wanted to make sure I could increase my possibilities of pregnancy hence why I wanted 2 embryos at every IVF procedure. Now 2025, I plan on continuing IVF to grow our family with my remaining healthy embryos. Note: I researched several IVF doctors across the globe that would do all the various genetic testing. After getting several consultations with reputable doctors I selected Dr. Steinberg based on his years of experience and leading the front on genetic testing. My family genetically has bone loss issues and my husband’s family has Down syndrome. We wanted to know by screening our embryos what quality of life our children could have prior to getting pregnant. We could not be more thrilled of our decision as our little girl is super healthy & meeting all her milestones 1 month ahead of schedule. Hope this review is extremely helpful when it comes to making your IVF and Doctor decision.

  I just did two rounds of egg retrieval & I was so scared but to my surprise I had an amazing experience. I have a phobia of giving blood which I was told I would have to do every appointment. When I went in the first time all my fears were put aside after i met Ana the head nurse. She is so kind and helped me every step of the way especially with my anxiety, I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Dr. Steinburg is so gentle and smart everything went by so fast! In the end I saved over 30 eggs and am very happy with the results plus my experience. I've already told multiple friends to go here, I highly recommend you do to! Thankyou Fertility Institutes <3

  Thank god I looked at the reviews before making a choice of going here. I had a very bad feeling from the start since I first called for information and spoke to the rudest person ever. She picks up the phone and says “Jenny speaking” and is very very very rude in answering your questions. These kind of rude people say a lot about the clinic and the services!!!! Please look over the reviews and the rude attitudes of the receptionist and nurses before considering going to their fertility clinic.
