More than once they have gone out of their way to help me obtain back ordered medication and to facilitate ways to reduce my co-pay. I have tried lots of pharmacies in the area but I am sticking with this one, It's also nice to be able to pick up my RX and get my shopping done at the same time

The pharmacist however stated she could not fill the prescription until after 2pm. Stating she is the only one on duty and has to give vaccines 1st! Came back after work at 5:30pm to only find that the pharmacist is at lunch and was told to come back in an hour!!!!! I will never get a prescription filled at Vons ever again! Absolutely no customer service or ability to care for someone’s personal health! Stay away!

- SBSteve BoydSep 26, 20181.0The pharmacy tech was either not knowledgeable or not honest about the rules for transferring a prescription, so they would not honor their own Rx transfer coupon. Additionally, the pharmacist would NOT honor my GoodRx coupon which was specifically FOR Vons... I guess my basic take away is they were incompetent, unhelpful, and generally a waste of my time and a pain in my a**. I went to Rite Aid, and found them to be very helpful, professional and friendly.
