No customer service, unable to answer any quests. Lab people hide behind locked door. My 92 year old mother had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to get labs completed . She was #2 on wait list and they NEVER called back either patient on the wait list.

The wait was longer than usual, but still only 20min after my scheduled appt time. The technician said their system was out earlier that week and they were accommodating rescheduled appt, so for that technical issue, 20min was acceptable in my mind. The technician was very skilled, no hard stick and no bruising!

Place sucks as all the other reviewers have noticed. Why bother with appointments if you’re always late. It’s essentially a duopoly with Labcorp.

Arrived at 7am, stood outside at 7am to get on the wait list. I had an appointment at 1 but my doctor wanted me to fast and have blood taken in the morning so I came in intending to be a walk-in. There was no one to talk to as there is no receptionist whatsoever and if you attempt to talk to anyone they are extremely rude. As I was sitting here and being completely ignored and watching the waiting room clear out I was able to go online and change my appointment from 1 to 9:40 and did try to talk to someone to let them know when I got here and I intended to be a walk-in but apparently I did it wrong and even though the waiting room is cleared out they will not see me and they will have me wait. It is great for those who have appointments. I have watched so many people get in and out with appointments but if there are no morning appointments available and your doctor wants you to be seen in the morning, you are simply out of luck and will be ignored.

4. NOT EVEN AN OPTION. Quest - you are taking my blood. Pretty personal. Maybe you could take the same personal approach as a corporation. Techs are great - super, even. I think the corp may be interested in maximizing cash flow than personal and profitable experience.
