I love that the workout is inclusive with modifications and focuses on mobility in addition to strength. I also love the variety - unlike other barre studios there’s a signature class but I also love strength and cardio to switch it up.

I feel the new Barre3 classes are an improvement to the previous Studio Barre classes for several reasons, even though, like many, I miss some of the old choreo. Barre3 workouts (I do signature 60 or strength 45) are kinesiology informed and remind me of a physical therapy session. The dynamic stretching and mini breathework at the end are great for my nervous system. This place is great for all ages of women that want a workout that will tone them all over and actually prevent rather than cause injuries. The community is fun, welcoming and supportive. I adore Nora, whose class I took today, and every other person who teaches and works here.
