  The crown I got from Dr. Haynes was not properly seated towards the gum and just 3 years after getting it, I have a cavity that formed from the gap. I had noticed the gap after the procedure but didn’t think it a big issue and didn’t ask to get it replaced but the Dr knew and decided it wasn’t a problem.

  Today was the third time I used this offices' services for a dental cleaning. The first time it went OK, the second time I had an old lady taking care of it and I didn't like it, as she only used the ultrasound water scaler (you know the one... fjiiiiiiiiiiiiii). We talked about how much I dislike and how painful it can be for me. She went ahead and used it for the whole cleaning anyway. I felt discomfort and pain several times but I sucked it up this time. Today I came back because they have several dentists so it could be that someone else was taking care of me. Nope. The same old lady came and did the exact same thing. It got to the point that even after complaining several times she kept going the same way, so I had to tell her to stop. Then it got bizarre. She only said "Ok", took a piece of paper and left me in the room. I was expecting maybe an explanation of what they saw in the x-rays they took at the beginning, or what they learnt during the examination they did at the beginning where they check for the gums' health (2 2 3, 4 4 4...). Nothing. No mouth rinse. either She just left. When I realized that was it I went to the front office where the dentist was talking to one of the administration ladies and she left without saying a word. I may have offended her. I was offered to see another dentist but I was warned that pretty much they all use the water scaler during all the procedure, so if you dislike (and feel pain as I do) with that thing.... you better find another place to go.

  Dr Haynes is the best dentist ever. He is SO HONEST AND FRANK, and NEVER EVER wants you to spend extra money in any treatment or any thing that isn’t really required. He does a thorough job of examination to make sure you leave his place with complete confidence. TRULY THE BEST DENTIST

  Dr. Anita Purihot is a very thorough and knowledgeable dentist. I needed several crowns and she did them with precision and gentleness. I am very happy with her work and will be seeing her for all my future dental needs. She is a great addition to Dr. Haynes practice.

  I've been seeing Dr. Haynes for five years. I keep coming back because he is great across the board: informed and up to date on market trends, friendly, and very gentle. Simply the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.
