  Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Usually easy to find close parking. Lots wait times with an appointment. Usually plenty of seats. This is Quest in Laguna Blvd in Elk Grove.

  I just got my blood draw for the 2nd time by phlebotomist ATHIKAR! He was wonderful! He was so kind and nice! Great with the stick and i didnt feel it! The entire staff is always happy,professional,attentive and kind! Thank you ATHIKAR! Its always a pleasure at this quest location. Although customers should be kinder and realize that they should make a appointment online first! Dont yell at the staff or be impatient with them. YOU SHOULD BE FOLLOWING THE PROPER PROTOCOL! THANKS AGAIN AND I APPRECIATE YOU ALL! HAVE A GREAT DAY! JANICE C. ELK GROVE RESIDENT!

  Si pudiera les daría cero muy impuntuales me citaron 9;40 son 10:25 y sigo esperando? Les pregunte si eran puntuales y me dijeron que si y sigo a qui y no se por cuanto tiempo más? No resptan el tiempo de los demás. Muy impuntuales. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. They're incredibly unpunctual. They told me to come at 9:40, it's 10:25 now, and I'm still waiting? I asked if they were punctual, and they said yes, and I'm still here, and I don't know how much longer? They don't respect other people's time. They're incredibly unpunctual.

  I had a great experience during my last visit to Quest Diagnostics. The entire process was very well organized, from check-in to the completion of my tests. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, which made the visit smooth and comfortable. The facility was clean and welcoming, and everything was handled efficiently without long waiting times. I truly appreciate how the team maintains such a positive environment while providing excellent patient care.
