  Clean, welcoming studio with plenty of parking. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience comfortable, especially for first-timers. They provide clear information for every class, and communication is excellent through email, phone, or text, so you’re always in the loop. Once you’re all set, you can simply come in, relax, and enjoy your sessions without any hassle.

  Absolutely love this spot in Elk Grove, environment is very zen and instructor was on top with the yoga instructions and carrying the vibe of the whole yoga session throughout the one hour hot yoga. Facility 10 out of 10 clean. Everyone was very welcoming and warm. I been looking for yoga studios that offer various levels from easy to challenging where it test your limit to the core. The yoga classes prestige here and was able to loosen up my body while tightening my abnormal and rest of the body. They even offered cold face wipe towels at the end. I felt leaving the yoga class as if I was a cleanse human being and feeling reset to embrace another day of life or whatever is headed my. Love this!

  I signup for the free flow weekend & I’m so glad I did!!! I was able to try different classes with different instructors & by the end I knew this is where I wanted to practice yoga. The Instructors are great!! Having different instructors many classes to choose from has been a great experience for me and I have learned I love yoga!! Or should I say my body loves yoga!! YogaSix of Elk Grove is an Awesome community & I always feel so welcomed when I come through the doors. I recommend everyone and anybody who is interested in yoga to try YogaSix in Elk Grove.

  Writing this review after completing 10 classes - YogaSix Elk Grove is amazing! As someone who has never taken a yoga class before YogaSix, the instructors are very welcoming and the community the studio has built makes you keep wanting to come for more. The sculpt and flow classes are my favorite, weight training and yoga combined. The mobility and restore classes are great as well and leave you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. While some of the classes are intense and you break a strong sweat, the modified movements still allow for a complete and invigorating workout, especially for a beginner to yoga. The studio is also very clean and has equipment if you forget to bring it. Overall a very positive community and experience. I’m excited to continue my time here - thank you YogaSix Elk Grove 🤍
