Everyone is there to find their best self and achieve their mind-body connection. The low-impact, high-intensity movements will help with engaging your body get stronger to prevent injuries, especially if you cross-train. All this in 50 minutes! Classes are daily and various time options throughout the day.

I've reached out to them several times for different reasons and they promptly responded. The workout has changed my body so much and I love that you can modify the intensity when some days you just aren't feeling it but still want to get a workout done. I just wish there were more class variety at different times and days so I can get an Empower and Reform done once a week.
