Nikisha at the front desk was very accommodating & professional. She took care of ordering the needed repair while I waited to see Josephine Avina, the Hearing Instrument Specialist. When Ms. Avina was available, she set me up with a loaner hearing aid, cleaned my non-broken hearing aid, then calibrated them both! Most people do not understand what it is like to have a hearing disability---Their compassion and excellent service made me cry. These two professionals go out of their way to give EXCELLENT service. Kudos to them. Two thumbs up!

It stayed in the drawer or on my sink probably 90% of the time. Now with what Isaac has done for me, I wear my hearing aid from the time I get up until I go to bed and have hearing like I’ve not had in years. I am so happy to finally not have wasted my money.
